A native Chicagoan, Robert’s interest in art piqued early, as he began painting classes at the age of twelve and took all available art classes in high school. After receiving a degree in Fine Arts/Painting at the University of Illinois, he earned an MFA via a teaching assistantship at the University of Wisconsin.
